Installing Independent Valve and Hose Kit LVB26207

I am hoping to document my install of the LVB26207 independent valve and hose kit. The dealer installed the independent lift when I bought the tractor but I was unaware of this kit. It came in today and I hope to start the install this evening.

One thing I need to verify, in the instructions it states if installing with a Power Beyond kit use line LVA18446 in place of LVA16955. Does any know if hose LVA18446 is part of another kit or just a standalone hose?

    Here is the kit fresh out of the box;

Full Compliment of Wheel Weights (340lbs)
    Custom Seat Springs

Documenting this install will be near impossible without installing, then uninstalling and then reinstalling. The instructions suck, pictures are even worse and it is a lot of trial and error.

Tear down was easy but routing the lines seems to be a real pain.

Well, oil line LVA18446 doesn't seem to be available anywhere. My dealer is suppose to contact Deere this morning for more information but none are in stock anywhere.

I will put the tractor back together and wait on that line but now that I have a better understanding of how everything goes together it will make documenting it easier next time around.

Bets on how long it will be before LVA18446 is available?

Your signatures shows a JD1025R with TLB. So assume this what this kit is for.

I could not tell what was in the plastic bags. Big one looked like instructions, small left one looked like fittings and? Right one I could not tell at all. Then it looked like 4 hard lines, a hose and wiring harness. I did not see a valve at all.

My guess is this kit is a diverter kit that diverts the joystick valve to the rear and adds 4 couplers? With a backhoe do you already have power beyond?

Is LVA18446 a hose or hard line? How about LVA16955?

Z, this kit is a switch and diverter valve that permanently connects the MMM independent lift to hydraulic power. Currently my MMM is lifted by the curl circuit of the FEL and must be disconnected when the loader is installed. Which really isn't a big deal this is just one step towards doing a single point conversion for the FEL.

The bottom right bag with the padding is the diverter valve.

LVA18446 my bet is a hose but am not sure as I have not seen one.

    LVA16955 is a hard line.

What does the kit cost and how much does it cost to have installed? It's great that you're documenting this, but seeing yours apart it makes me realize I would need to have this professionally installed. I mean I get nervous when I have to remove the oil dipstick.

Looking forward to following this as I'm thinking of installing this kit as well or going with a 4-port valve (instead of a 3-port valve and using the 4th port for the MMM) for a 3PH TNT setup. I'm thinking this kit will be cleaner than a 4-port valve even though it will be more expensive, but I could be wrong?

Anyway, post lots of pictures, impressions, do's and dont's, etc... You are off to a good start! Thank you!

My guess is 3-weeks (sorry) on obtaining the hose needed for the PB setup
