    4430 Transmission light on

Our 4430 began indicating a problem by the transmission light. When we start the tractor, the light is on solid, after a few seconds it begins flashing. After a bit, the light gets dim or stops all together. I checked the fluid and it's full. I might add that this began when we blew a hydraulic line and lost about 3 gallons until we caught it. Any thoughts?

I don't know on either question. We purchased the tractor about 8 months ago and it just started a week ago. I know where the hyd filter is, where is the sump and screen?

Just in front, and to the bottom of the left final-drive. First drain the oil in a clean drain pan(in the neighborhood of 16 gallons).
