JD6300 will not start and crank at all.

Hi, I need help with my JD6300 tractor will not start and crank, when I turn the key over only heard a click, nothing's happened. Battery is good, starter is brand new recently replaced, I thought it was the starter went bad before so replaced it, but it is not the issue, still no start no crank but click, anyone could tell me what to look for please? We only have this tractor and really need to use it asap. THANKS!

How have you verified the battery is good?

Check to be sure all four(4) battery cable connections are clean/tight.

Its probably your strater relay. Cant remember exactly the location on a 6300 but it will be under the hood. has several wires going to and from it. cost about $40 (at least in Canada!)

    Bad ground?
I thought the “click” you hear was the starter relay?

Have you done both of the above?

Have tried to jump with another battery?

Did you test the new starter before installing? I've got rebuilt ones for my truck that did not work right out of the box
