    4850 oil filter housing removal

What retains the oil filter housing to the block on a 4850? Seems like there would be more than just two 3/8 bolts/studs on a heavy filter. Was curious if it bolted in through the bottom of the block. Yes I am removing it so I can turn the pump up.

    Welcome to GTT
According to parts schematic there are 2 studs & 1 cap screw holding oil filter housing to engine block.
