Making Space in Garage for 1025R

This is my busted old garage. It stores 2 cars at the moment. But it needs to store 2 trucks and a 1025R. Plus my wife wants a second bathroom in the house. So I'm going to go about doing that.

Add a little over the width of a 1025R to the front of the garage. Used a borrowed 260 to do it.

Put the new foundation in. Then ripped the the front of the building off while waiting for the town to come inspect. Like all over New England, there is buried treasure all over. I had to dig through what was probably the the house's original chimney buried under the driveway.

    Boy that was fast kitfox.
Good idea and looks good, a win for sure. Looking forward to followups.

For the record, I thought etcallhome's comment was inappropriate.

My neighbor threw the new front on the garage while I was at my day job. Pretty nice coming home to progress.

I insulated the foundation with 2" Foamular before backfilling. Had to do it in the rain at night, so I didn't bother with pictures.
