I haven't rebuilt mine, but my understanding is that it is pretty simple with just replacing a couple of o-rings.

Where is it leaking from? Top seal? If steering is still operation and is leaking from under the steering wheel, Seal #7 and O-ring #2 can be replaced.

IMHO o-rings(key4) fail more often than top seal(key 1). These 6 o-rings can be replaced with housing still attached to tractor by removing steering wheel & adjusting nut then placing steering wheel back on shaft then turning steering wheel to the left then pull shaft & valves out of housing. Large o-ring fit in six individual grooves. AT26188 subs to AT315816 which cost $79.94
