    110TLB engine oil?

I have no books yet, but I need to add oil to the engine. It does have a leak which I will be fixing soon.

What weight oil should I put in for now?

(It's a million miles to the nearest JD dealer so it will have to be an autoparts store)

    Thanks
    G

Any good quality engine oil rated for diesel service should be fine. Shell Rotella, Chevron Delo 400, Mobil Delvac are A-OK. 15W-40 should be fine for your temperature range. All of these lubricants should be available at auto parts stores or Walmart.

I've attached a lube chart that provide more information on JD lubricants.

Good luck with the 110 TLB. I've come close to pulling the trigger on one a couple of times over the years.

Delo 400LE or Rotella 15/40 are my go to diesel oils, readily available at Wallmart and many other places.
