Anyone here familiar with Anasazi Beans?
Adobe Milling Dove Creek, Colorado: Gourmet Beans of all kinds for great Southwest Cooking!
(Hope I haven't posted this before). We discovered them years ago, used to have to buy them through specialty food stores, but can get them in our grocery store now (or can order them from Adobe). We like them because they are much better than regular Pinto beans; they cook up much faster, produce little or no gas and don't hurt my stomach like regular Pintos do...and they have just a mild sweet flavor.
So, if you like beans and cornbread, I recommend these beans highly. I have no connection to this company; my recommendation is made because I really do enjoy them and thought you might too.
