    Chicken Cordon Bleu Fatty

OK, I have to confess, I used Turkey. But I did not bother renaming it!

It was a hit. I will definitely be making a fatty again. I would make this combination again, but my mind is spinning with other combinations.

    The ingredients were simple-

Ground turkey (I had about 1.5 lbs)
Deli Ham (I used about 7-8 slices)
Cheese (I used an Italian cheese mix)
    Bacon (1 lb)
    salt and pepper

Cooked on the smoker at 375 for about 50 minutes

Awesome addition for the cookbook too!! Thanks for sharing the recipe!!
