This is my kind of cooking. Super easy, very tasty.
Take an empty jar of Jalapeno slices with all the juice, or even with some slices left in the juice (bonus points), and dump in some freshly hard boiled and shelled eggs. Set this in the fridge for a few weeks. The darker the green on the eggs get, the stronger the flavor.
Can be enjoyed by themselves, or with your favorite pint. Be careful though. Some combinations can be explosive. Moderation is key.
