Home-made North Cackalacky / Philly Cheese Steaks

Had a craving for a Philly cheese steak today, and bought some rolls and frozen cheese steaks at the local Food Lion grocery store.
Saute'ed some onions and mushrooms in butter, pan fried the cheese steaks and tossed in the onions and mushrooms near the end.
Loaded all that onto two nice sized rolls and topped with plenty of Mozzerella cheese, popped into a pre-heated 325* oven and had the shoe-string French fries going on the side.
When the fries were done, the cheese steaks were just right.
Used Old Bay seasoning on the fries and it was all ready to feast on.
Here's a pic of how it looked before I dug in.

I love Philly cheesesteaks myself, however I always use provolone cheese. I have never tried cheese whiz on a cheesesteak. I do put cheese whiz on a chili dog though.

I'm not a cheese bigot, so I'll take provolone, wiz, or mozzarella - looks like a yummy sandwich to me!
