    Home-Made Lasagna

I noticed my wife ate a pretty small breakfast this morning, before heading out to an elderly church members house to clean her house for her, as she doesn't have anyone there anymore to help her.
I figured I'd put together a small Lasagna dish for her to enjoy and warm up with when she comes home for lunch.
Kinda' chilly here today in the Carolinas, it's 47° here at 11:00 a.m. and not forecast to get much warmer today.
Here's a pic I'm sharing of the dish.

The I.R.S. must love poor folks, they create more and more every day.
