COOL! How big is that baby?
I've got an annual deer hunters breakfast to go to today (all day event) but doesn't start until 10AM. After seeing that I think I need pre-breakfast food.
No, I don't hunt any more, haven't for 30 years.
We should have a cooking topic! Just sayin.
Keep us posted on the cook!

No rub or seasoning at all. I'll doctor it up a little later on. My temps will be around 240-250 all day until the internal temp gets to 170-175. I'm leaving it exposed right now to get a good smoke ring, then I'll wrap it later in the day.

These ceramic kamado grills are amazing. I have the vents nearly shut, smoke is barely coming out the top vent and I'm still a bit warm on my target temp.
