That looks great. Did you use a rub or any seasoning?

It is so easy. I do use a rub that I got from Traeger. I am sure it isn't anything special. They call it a "poultry rub". When it is gone, I will probably look for a recipe to make one. I mix the rub with oil (I have used olive oil and this last time canola). I would say I am using only a few tablespoons to 3/4 cup of oil. Grease up all of the parts. I have read that some people try to get this mixture under the skin. I have been lazy. I grease it all up and throw on the smoker. Cook at 250 for 3 hours. The one time I applied the mixture the night before. I would say it was a bit more salty that time, but I have been so careless with the mixture that I might have just used more rub. It is the easiest thing I have done on this smoker. And I don't normally like dark meat. This is good stuff.
