I'm currently 15-17 weeks out for lead times and it just keeps growing. I make pennies on the dollar with valve systems compared to the top & tilt sets. The valve orders end up taking at a minimum of twice as long. Common to be 3-4 times as long because of having to educate a lot of customers on what they need and how to install it.

I've tried just selling the valves, and still I get "What type is best?" "Where should I place them?" "How should I plumb them?"

All time that I simply do not have any more.

I started selling valves because I was constantly seeing people that just didn't have any idea of what to get or how to install it. I tried to provide a good product at a reasonable cost. But it has ended up being so time consuming that it has really cut into my production time building the top & tilt units. If the valve systems were all I did, that would be one thing, but it's not and a good thing, I would be out of business.

In the mean time I have gotten extremely busy, mainly with the top & tilt sets and the valve systems have just become a huge consumption of time that I simply do not have.

So, that's what's up with that.

Sometimes you are just better off to not try to provide everything.

Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

So do the top and tilt kit come with valves? or do we have to get valves elsewhere?

At this time, the valve systems will need to be sourced elsewhere.

Top & tilt sets have always been my main product. Valve systems where intended to be a convenience for my customers. I have gotten so busy that I have had to make some changes in order to attempt to get the lead times under control. So one of the things that a person does to save time (valve systems are very time consuming) is to cut the non or low profit products from what is offered.

Like I tell people, top & tilt sets from 12HP cat 0 garden tractors to 600HP cat 4 AG tractors and everything in between, any and all makes and models.

This is a shame, I talked to you a little while ago and am ready to get everything I need. I will have to try and source the valves and such elsewhere. You where every helpful explaining what was needed. Maybe do a few videos and explanation of whats needed for each tractor type would solve you having to explain it to people. However you are what sold me on your product and company by explaining to me on the phone.
