    Help needed managing inbox messages

Where can I find guidance on how to manage my inbox? I would like to archive messages into folders so I do not exceed the 100 message limit that I am extremely close to. I like to keep my old messages for future reference. Is that possible?

    Appreciate any help.

    Sincerely

You can add new folders from the Settings Page, then click Edit Folders, there you can add some. OR you can just select a message while in the inbox, then scroll down to the "Selected Messages" drop down and click the defaulted "Move to folder" option then "proceed", you will then get a warning that you have no folders to move to-but there is an option/link in the warning that take you to the page to add folders.

Also, you will need to be on the full site from a MAC or PC, not on a mobile device.

Even if you put your messages in folders they will still count toward your limit Iím pretty sure. I donít think you can hide them like that.

I just delete mine. Or you can become a site supporter for $25 where I think there is no limit (or it might be 1000).

Also you have the option to download all your messages at the very bottom of the inbox page.

Myself - I just donít see amy advantage to keeping any messages for more than a week. But I get very few.

That's correct, even though the messages are moved. They still get counted towards the 100 message limit.

How does one become a "site supporter"?

Joe, I paid my support last summer and I'm still limited to 100 messages, I only know this because it cut me off when I was trying send a new message. Of course, my profile doesn't say site supporter either but they have my money and in paid subscriptions it says I'm good until 07/18.

A message to one of the staff members could fix that for you
