    Need help to retrieve....

Updated my browser(Brave)yesterday and for whatever reason it didn't save my passwords to the new browser like it was supposed to. This older version I'm on right now enables the password and user ID and gains me entry here. When I first joined I logged into my excell spreadsheet the GTT id's. Tried that password and it doesn't work So now can't figure out what in the hell my password is ?

    Any help would be appreciated
    Chris

For security reasons, there is usually no way to retrieve a password. The best option would be to reset your password through the forgot my password link. Then use the password in your spread sheet as the new password. If you use more than one device you will have to change the passwords on all of your devices.

After doing a search for the Firefox browser that I use, I am able to display all of my saved passwords.
Do a google search for retrieving passwords on your browser. It may be possible.

Firefox is real good about saving passwords and allowing access to them at any time. If you login to Firefox and use their sync feature, it will share everything with any other device using Firefox, including your passwords. Real handy.

We (us?) admins and mods cannot view passwords, we can only set or reset them.

I know FF and Chrome allow you to view saved passwords, it tales a bit but it is possible, not sure if Brave allows this or not.

There is not a "forgot my password" button to use on GTT that I can see...

Can you reset my password ? and if so, do you send me the temporary password in order to change it to my original ??

I've used all browsers ever created and IMHO Brave is the best at privacy and cookie blocking and most other options available on other browsers, however this current update has some errors going on or it's me the operator
