    Rules for newby posting pics??

HEY......Tried to post a couple of pics; but just sits there after I do a search, browse and find the pic to upload, but it just sits there...…

Do I need to make a certain number of posts in order to be able to actually post a picture or something?

    THANKS ALL.....…..

A small pic file like a bmp usually goes quickly. A larger file like a jpg will take longer, and if the system is congested even longer. Either way it always seems like it isn't doing anything but usually you just have to be patient.

    Had the same problem myself...

Posted some pix once then forgot how I did it...tried again and wrote down every step in my spare brain notebook. Put your cursor where you want the photo to appear. Just above the text box when writing a post you will see a toolbar with an icon looking like a photo with a dot in each corner. When you click on it, a drop-down menu will appear asking where to get the photo. I selected "computer" and "browse" and it went to my folder where I could select the photo I wanted. Clicked on the photo and then clicked "Open". Then I selected "Upload Photo" in the drop-down menu. I repeated these steps for a total of 4 photos. When I finished the post and selected "Submit", the photos appeared along with the text. This should work if I wrote down the steps correctly in my notebook. Hope this helps.

Yup...since quite often you have to scroll to the right to see the upload button it gets forgotten, even happens to me when I'm in a hurry sometimes.
