    2 Gator 6x4's

Just got done bring these gators home. Hope to make one out of the two to start with. One has an engine that appears to be locked up so I will need to check that out.

Since I can't see the fuel cap in your pictures (it is on the other side of the vehicle...) I don't know if these are diesel or gas engines. I do have some information for either, so I will take a chance and put some gas Gator info here first.

I did a little work on the gator engine that isn't seized. Check oil, spark, and fuel to carb. Everything was good so I tried to start it. Fired right away on starting fluid, but wouldn't keep running. Pulled the carb and found gunk plugging the jets. After a quick cleaning tried it again and it runs, but only on one cylinder. Cleaned the plugs and it seemed to pick up the other cylinder for a bit and then it dropped out again. Figure I will try a compression test next. Maybe I should pull the rocker cover first just to check things out.
