    Whats a good price for a 2000 JD Gator 6x4?

    Supposed to be in good condition, 650hrs, gasoline.

    I have a chance to buy one, just need a rough idea please.

    Was thinking right in the middle of the above post.

    Low hours relatively- but 18 years old.

    At that price, buyers are relatively plentiful - get much above the high end of the mentioned range they start to thin out greatly. Always someone looking for a “bargain” gator. Worst case you buy, don’t like and resell for what you paid.

    Good condition is key, if it looks good for the age, it’s probably well worth taking. Rough shape turns off buyers more than anything.

    Well turns out the offer was a scam. They were asking $800, it was an emergency sale, I was skeptical, but thought I'd at least check into it. Turns out the old phrase "Too good to be true" is still the rule.
