    Yanmar Crankshaft?

Hey, I'm new to this site, but I was wondering if anyone might know where to find a crank shaft for the Yanmar in my Gator?

    Engine Family: SYD739U6D2RA

    Model #: 3007D003

I was trying to avoid the price gouging.

Should I just go there to find the part number?

It doesn't seem like any place has a listing for these engines.

It's a 6x4 Diesel Gator I got from craigslist that didn't come with a user manual.

So your Gator has the Yanmar 3TN66C-EJUV engine in it. The Deere part number for your crankshaft is AM875020 @ about $1000 from what I can see on-line.

All you can do is serach for it. Maybe fond one on Ebay or used somewhere....

I did a search on your Gator model number and found a couple of replacement engines listed for it. Copied the engine model number and then did a search on "3TN66C-EJUV crankshaft" and came up with several links to the Deere parts listing for it.

    Highstreet,

The Yanmar in the Gator is very similar to the 3TN66-UJ engine used in the 332 tractors, apart from some of the accessories. Here is a manual excerpt that might be useful...
    CTM3 332 & 430 engine sections - reduced size.pdf

...and here is an excerpt from the Gator TM1518 manual if it is not too large to attach...
diesel gator engine section from TM1518.pdf

Hope these can be of some help.

Why do people assume because a dealer sell's it it's "price gouging"?

    Thanks!
Yea, I just found a guy on eBay selling the short block from a 332 and he says he may be able to pull a crank from another he has.
