    Around here the porcupines will chew seats and steering wheels down to nothing if left out in the woods.

    Yeah, its the bears. I parked the JD and the ATV about 50 yds up in the woods to hide them from prying eyes. That suited the bears just fine. My neighbors says they go after his climbing tree stands and eat the seats off them too.

    The foam inside is a petroleum product. You mix 2 chemicals together (not sure witch ones) and poof you have foam. Kind of like the silver bags they put inside shipping boxes.
    I at least hope that bear got a good stomach ache from eating it.

    I've never had an issue with bears but I've lost 2 or 3 with the horses chewing on them.
