    JD Quality Survey Just Arrived

Well just got my Customer Satisfaction Survey in the mail 2 days ago.

Purchased my 1025r back in June, so is that normal turnaround to receive survey 5 months after purchase?

My survey boiled down to 2 areas...

    Love the tractor

    Gravely disappointed in the dealer.

For Comic relief..Heres my supervisor <photo credit goes to BrittanyPhotography where "your cat is our Meoowse">

I agree, you did good. I think JD holds a high standard and wants to know the good and the bad.

    The Survey

Here are 3 pics of the survey...I was not kind

first question was how likely are you recommend JD?
Well I gave a 5 due to high quality of equipment but low quality support
    The second was financing...
My wife is absolutely disgusted that she has to transfer funds from one acct to another just because its in my name...if it gets paid what the heck does it matter how or from where? And shes been in Corporate banking for 30 years dealing with loans companies like JD take out from HER...

James River owns 10-15 dealers in VA and NC... I am related to one but decided to go to the other due to it being closer. Big mistake.

I scored the tractor a 10, it has helped me save my creek bank (that would have been a $4000 dollar job by itself), helped me improve drainage on my lawn in 3 spots and my driveway...(another couple of thousand smackeroos)

Last little bit was.."fill in this circle if you DONOT want this shared with the dealer"...

Ok..Lets go to the motivation behind THAT little bit of prose...
So if I fill it in and they don't know how disappointed I am--- how are they going to improve?

and secondly.... If I don't and they do know I'm pissed are they going to retaliate against me and delay any future repairs or double charge me with winks and nods in order to "set me straight"?

Are the dealers THAT vengeful? I mean that's quite a choice to have... Either they skate by with horrible service or they retaliate spitefully at poor survey scores?
I was wondering why and how all the independent dealers got merged into JAMES RIVER and I guess it was that they sucked individually and now collectively...

Did I mention I love my tractor?

I bought my 1025 at the end of may and mine just showed up last week. I filled mine out a lot differently than you did.
