temp heat for the sheet rock? paint etc .

you had mentioned earlier a epoxy floor.....a option to consider if you have trouble getting the moisture content out of the floor (usually takes min 30days of climate control) moisture cure urethane is a very good option to research

Buy the time we get to a point for mud, tape and paint we will have power so we will have the heat going. I plan on keeping it around 60F.

That should also help get the moisture content down. I think we will end up waiting until spring before doing the epoxy floor. I have spoken with a couple companies and but haven't had anyone out for an estimate. We are still waiting on all the final numbers from the other construction. Then we can figure budget for the floor. The cement floor is about 6-8 weeks old now. So moisture shouldn't be a huge issue.

Had the framing inspection today and that went well. No concerns noted with the project. He did comment on how long this is taking. I explained the issues with lost time on cement floor. We were waiting for a month plus another couple weeks to let it cure some so we lost about 6 weeks with that mess.

The inspector was looking in the mud room where I am putting a fridge and noticed I had 3/4 PEX with 1/4 waterline inside it. I see him staring at it and could tell he is thinking... What the heck is that. So I chime in. That is where the fridge is going. I have a bunch of 3/4 PEX left over so I ran some as a conduit for the 1/4 water line for the ice maker. This way should I ever need to pull it out and replace for some reason, I can just pull it out and feed in a new one.

He kind of chuckled. "I have never seen anything like that before but that is a great idea!!!"

We then went over all the PEX in the mechanical room and he liked the idea of the air line and using it for conduit for my fiber optics to the other buildings.
