Snowblower chute turns hard in one direction

Getting my 59 inch front mount snowblower cleaned up and ready for storage and noticed when turning the chute to the left the tractor labors a bit and it goes significantly slower than when turning to the right. Noticed a good amount of dirt and oil on the cylinder but cant find any leaks after cleaning it up. Moves freely by hand so im thinking it's got to be hydraulics, anyone have any ideas? ?

I closed this thread because you have a duplicate in the implements and attachments forum. It’s confusing to have multiple threads of the same exact topic by the same originator going at once.

You’ll get more views and responses in the other thread.
