4010 Deere steering motor was changed and now no rear lift arms

Have a 1962 4010 gas and the steering motor under the steering wheel was bad, changed it and now the rear lift arms don't work and the brake pedals are as hard as a rock. I'm at a loss, proportioning valve?

My 1st suggestion would be to check hyd standby pressure which should be 2250 psi. It's possible the priority valve under hood next to firewall is blocking hyd flow to 3 pt hitch.

Are you sure you got all the hydraulic lines reconnected to the correct ports on the steering valve?

I've looked and don't see how they can be crossed, but am removing the panels to double check. The loader does work great and steering works great also
