I have a 2 year old 3039r with 160 fel the hydraulic pump is always making a noise as if there were air in it have tried all the dealer recomendations to purge and the dealer has replaced pump 3 times nothing is making it better. The steering also gets sticky when turning the wheel will even stop at times then go free any suggestions

It's awesome that your dealer has put three pumps on your tractor trying to satisfy you! My dealer just says "sorry bro, they all do that." Try to pressurize the transmission fill port and see where the hydraulic fluid is leaking. The steering and implement pumps are above the fluid level, so it is possible that it doesn't drip where the pump is sucking air. I do not have a FEL for my 2015 3046R, so I can only imagine the annoyance of trying to use one with aerated fluid.
