    Help with hydraulic question

I have a JD 2640 and the Manual states it has a standby hydraulic pressure of 2250 psi. Does that mean it's the max out put or the minimum pressure? I want to run a 3 point log splitter and want to be sure I have enough pressure.
JD 2640,JD 7000 corn planter, 2 grain drills,74 farm king 3ph snow blower, 74" rough cut mower, 3ph auger, variety of diggers disks and collect cultipackers and bee hives!

It has a closed hydraulic system so the hydraulics have 2250 PSI all the time, unless you use more hydraulic oil than the pump can supply.
