    Frontier SB1164 Snowblower Wings

Every once in a while the topic of widening snow blowers comes up. Here is my take on it. Bought a new 64" blower, and while I wanted 74, I couldn't justify the price jump considering how infrequently I use the blower. So I got the 64, and added wings marked for a kubota blower (which in the end is the same as frontier, both made by RAD) for $100 and now it's just shy of 70" wide. Cheap, well built, and looks just fine. Pics for reference.

Nice. Wonder if they would fit on my SB1154.

I am away from the shop now, but 99% they are Kubota "L2177" Drift Cutters. I ordered mine via messicks and they came in a flash! That said, I want to say Frontier has a version that might work as well.. I was in Maine this summer and came across a front loader mount blower (the hydraulic powered unit) that had some awesome wings on it... and recall finding them in the JD parts finder but only after i had my wings installed. Would sure be nice if JD/Frontier marketed these cool additions better
