Does this unit use the JD carrier bearing assembly and front quick hitch with hydraulic cylinder?

I’m assuming the flat brackets are bolted to tractor frame......?

    What about drive shaft?

It looks like a nice unit. Curious to see how it mounts to the tractor.

How does the chute rotation work? The photo of the components on the pallet is too blurry to see any details.

    Hello,
The unit was about $5400 with electric controls for the height/distance of throw, and hydraulic chute rotation.
That includes all mounting brackets, not john deere quick hitch at all.
Hoping to get it bolted together this afternoon.
I looked on bercomacs website andfound a few local dealers ( which were abundant ) then called a few to check prices and ordered.
Last expected delivery date i heard was supposed to be mid dec, and was suprised to have dealer call me thursady saying it was in.

I will include more pics, with the correct rotation as i get into the assembly

Now i just need john deere to get my cab. I ordered unit in july, and they said cab could be four monthes.. So ill befollowing up on that next week.

Here are a few more pics from assembly... I didnt tighten any bolts, just wanted to see how it all went together.

I did have to remove the brush gaurd but pretty sur that can go back no problem...
But i also had to remove the brackets for the mower deck... They might take a bit of thought to get them back on without having to remove brackets when changing from deck to blower... I will also consult bercomac to see what they say.

Sorry for pics, i rotated them 180 on my ipad and we will see if it helps

    How wide is the blower?

What brand cab did you order and what have you heard about updated shipping dates?

On the Bercomac website, they have pictures of their winter cab enclosure, which they refer to as a universal fit and with a universal bracket kit. In the photo's with their enclosure, they show lines draped over the red tractor's grille guard and then running back into the enclosure area. Is this how their hydraulic chute rotation operates or do you know what the lines shown are for? I attached a link to the photo's I am mentioning. Just wondering how their chute control operates and what they are using for a control, etc.

    The blower is 56" wide

The factory mauser cab was ordered with tractor purchase in july, have not recently checked with the dealer. I will do that this week if i have time.

Yes, the two things you see in that pic are the bundles of hyd hoses, each containing two hoses, one for the lift cyl, and the other for the rotation hyd motor. The motor has a sprocket on it and it turns a ring atached to the chute for rotation.
The up/down is controlled with electric motor, so that is just like an extention cord for control.
