    Brush Crusher Grapple Alternative

    Brush Crusher...
A grapple alternative that does not require an extra hydraulic function.

I would try it in a heart beat. If they have a model to fit a H120 loader.

However I do suspect it will be quite expensive, and for larger than compact tractor models.

Anyone with experience, useful info ??

$1,900 USD for the one in the video and $1,500 for a similar one using the JD coupler.

That's a pretty cool idea Westendorf has! I hope it works as well as the video suggests.

The previous version this one was based on definately seemed to work based on the videos online and what a couple members here experienced-there have been a couple threads here about them. However the previous version had what most would have called a fatal flaw, in fact the one member here here who used his, broke his loader timing bar and then returned the grapple if memory serves.

This version appears to try and mitigate that with the use of a plate between the top sections, with that additional support it may not be an issue anymore but it has certainly added weight which was one of the original models features, it’s very light weight.

My opinion...but at $1500 to $1800 your just not saving that much over the cost of a regular grapple setup and your giving up lots of functionality.
