RC2048 Rotary Cutter or mowing deck

I am getting close to buying a 1025R that comes with a free RC2048. Does a rotary cutter mow low grass as well as a deck mower? I have a couple of acres that is a old pecan farm. Lots of small limbs on ground but the grass is well manicured. What is a better fit for this type of land?

    Many thanks!

    Simple answer, no.

They have much heavier blades that more or less tear as opposed to the nice clean cut of a finish mower.

A 3 point finish mower is an option worth considering. Similar to a RC in form, but suitable for a maintained area.
