Just finished watching it a hour ago, great video Tim.

My FIL and I are working some bugs out an old IH 260 two row planter we just picked up for my tractor, there will definitely be a video when we get that working.

If you go to the precision planting website there is a ton of videos related to planting and all the things that go into as far as down pressure, closing wheel pressure and anything else you can imagine like meter design and brush pressure. It is fascinating all the independent things that planter does or can do to get the best yield possible. And it is not just yield, You are correct the spacing will affect consistency and health of the plants. You will never ever wear that 7000 out or have to work on it for what you do.

I would love a 1 row planter to play with, but I have a hard time spending $1500 ish, for what for me would be a toy.

On the other hand that is what I did with the tiller.

I really enjoyed both episodes ...... you picking it up and the last one where you guys set it up. You were about an hour away from me when you were at the dealer in Alexander. I thought it was pretty amazing listening to him describe the business he has fabricating and assembling the planters.
