Options for Outrigger/Stabilizer pads on 46 backhoe?

Any other options or suggestions for replacing the stock outrigger pads on a JD 46 backhoe? It would be nice to have something a little bigger that would provide a bit more stability and a little less damage to the turf.

Sometimes while using the backhoe in softer places (like a lawn), the pads will bury themselves far enough into the turf that weight is back on the rear tires and also making a mess out of things.

    Thanks.

Artillian makes a replacement set- I picked up a pair and they are definately better. I no longer sink in. He's a vendor here and has some awesome products...
