    Russell Road Plow No6

Picked up a Russell Road Plow No.6 at an auction.

I find in old books (1916) it is for road construction and I am guessing, with a team of horses, etc..

However, not sure what its used for? Maybe ditching??

    Thanks,

Whoever followed that plow certainly wasn't very tall. Either that or he went to bed every night with a bad back ache.

Your plow looks to be in good condition, especially for it's age. What are you going to do with it?

Looks like a good place to hang a sign for my orchard from.., or on top of it..

Before that, hook it to one of my tractors and when the neighbor is having a drunk fest, see which one of them can hang on the longest..

    And yes, Video,
