Very cool, wonder how it works?

Bucket changes aren't the easiest thing but they aren't what I would call hard either-this would still be nice to have on my 46!

That is basically the same as the manual quick change that is on a full size Deere like a 410L.
You have one pin already in bucket that the open mouth slides over.
Curl and line up holes in quick attach with other set of holes in bucket gussets.
Slide pin through both and pin it with a torsion clip like that's on the front bucket JDQA.

    Gizmo2 and balrog006 like this.

    From BXpanded:

I'm working on the connector right now. We just finished setting up for
production of the Talon Ripper for the 260 and 270. That should be
available on the website next week. The Quick-On Connector and trencher
bucket will be on the way shortly. I surmised that most folks wouldn't need
the connector unless we could offer some attachments to change.
    Thanks for your interest.
    Best regards,
    Harry

Great! Now I get to spend even more

I wonder what I will have to buy the wife to keep her happy this time?

Seems like it could be handy if you're working out a good sized stump.

Would be handy for trenching if you run into roots too.

    Really?
I run equipment for a living.
I've never heard an operator that said a quick coupler was a waste of money when they had to do a grease free bucket change.
I have two buckets and would like to have that ripper tooth.
It may all be a waste of money, but i'm not gonna take it with me.
