    front hitch hose routing/2305

I have been searching for some pictures of how the hydraulic hoses and the support bracket should mount. I bought my set up used and didn't notice where the bracket was mounted on his 2210. The quick hitch was not mounted.

I tried several spots for the bracket and am unhappy with them.

I looked at the jd parts site, but couldn't tell from that picture where it went in the frame.

Also what have you guys done that have the angling cylinder when you use the plow? Last time I just wrapped up all 6 hoses with a bungie cord. it just was not prett, but it worked.

Thanks for any insight. I need to get this figured out before we actually get some snow for me to play with it!!

From the online manual, probably not what you want but its the best I can do: OMLVU18040_K5

    Connecting Hydraulic Hoses

    1. Park machine safely.
    2. Review Connecting Implement Hydraulic Hoses, Using Hydraulic Dual Selective Control Valve (SCV) and Using Dual Selective Control Valve instructions in your tractor operator’s manual.

c CAUTION: Avoid injury! Escaping fluid under high pressure can penetrate the skin and cause serious injury. Avoid the hazard by relieving pressure before connecting hydraulic or other lines. Tighten all connections before applying pressure.
    • Search for leaks with a piece of cardboard. Protect hands and body from high pressure fluids.
    • If an accident occurs, see a doctor immediately. Any fluid injected into the skin must be surgically removed within a few hours or gangrene may result. Doctors unfamiliar with this type of injury should reference a knowledgeable medical source. Such information is available from Deere & Company Medical Department in Moline, Illinois, U.S.A. In the United States and Canada only, this information may be obtained by calling 1-800-822-8262.
    3. Move the tractor dual SCV lever rearward-to-forward and side-to-side several times to relieve hydraulic pressure.
    4. If machine is equipped with an angling kit, disconnect the angling kit hydraulic hoses and secure them.

    MX13763
    5. Route hydraulic hoses (A) on the inside of hose clip (B) and through hose bracket (C).
    6. Install hoses in matching color coded SCV couplers.
    7. Install coupler dust plugs in hose dust covers for storage.

Here is a picture of my neighbors 2210 with the snowblower attached, maybe you can zoom in and see what you need:

Thanks. I gotta learn how to use the JD website better!!

The picture helps a bit. I have a loader mount and a brushguard the hoses must go around. I'm thinking of either ordering a second hose support bracket or making one.

NO, NOT AT ALL!!! Every time I see that awesome cab I get jealous!!! It is something that is on my want list. Although I may have to settle for the cheapo total soft cab available.

Yes, it helps for the hoses. I see the gold tone bracket. There are also two black bands around your hoses. Are those clamps or just around the hoses? I have my support about the same place as yours looks to be. the rest of the hose seems floppy though.

    Thanks for the pictures!!

Also might you have a picture(s) of where the cab meets the rear of the tractor? I am about to do a couple mods to mine and would like to be sure it won't interfere with any future additions.

    Aaron,

I'll get you a shot of the rear of the tractor & cab. The "clamps" you're referring to are HD nylon tie-wraps. I can depress the metal tang to release and reuse them when necessary.

I see I am missing the attachment where the hoses attach back to the blower. I saw this in the manual as well. I guess I'm going to have to make something for that.

One more cab question if i may. The fender section that is directly in front of the rops mount, is that area clear with the cab on? I'm thinking of mounting several switches there for my led lighting.

Thanks for all the pictures, I really appreciate them!!

Aaron, yes the deck area just inside the cab ahead of the ROPS is wide open.
