    Bent Row Units

I have a 494a planter and a couple row units are bent a little. Enough I think it's messing with its planting ability. Does anyone know how to straighten them back?

I would be looking at the possibility of adding shims to straighten.

We need some serious pics to answer that question.

There are many different models of that planter, from what I googled, and you were not specific on what is bent.

My first bush hog type mower cut 4 inches lower on one side than the other,,
because the housing was severly bent due to hitting rocks.
I shimmed the gear box, it then cut perfectly level.

Can you see how it's tweaked? It's between the mainframe and insecticide hopper somewhere.
