    1941 B Consecutive serial numbers

Hi,My family has aquired a pair of 1941 B tractors that are consecutive serial numbered. My father in law bought 1 new and his neighbor bought one too and they came off the assembly line next to each other, hence the serial numbers being together. My father in law purchased his neighbors. They are both in really good condition and run good. My question is we are interested in selling them but wanted to know if selling them as a pair would be better dollar wise or seperating them and selling each one alone. They are located in Nebraska.

    Thank you,

    Kevin

If you can find a "B" collector, he'd like the pair but other than that I can't see any advantage to buying a pair even with consecutive serial numbers.

Do you know what's better than a 1941 JD "B"?

    2 1941 JD "B"s.

I would not split them up, just yet. Do some research and, maybe, put out some ads in some Deere friendly publications, like green magazine. You may find someone interested in the pair. If you can gather some more history and document what you already have, they will have even more value to a collector.
    Thanks,
    Kevin
