    Throttle

I saw a video online a guy was driving his "D" he pushed the throttle lever forward to accelerate the engine- my throttle lever doesn't do anything, all the way up or all the way back no change in engine speed, any suggestions?

Have you inspected the linkage from the lever to the governor and carburetor? Is it all intact?

Yes, I have found the problem. i had my son run the throttle while i inspected the linkage and on the carburetor side there is a rod that comes from the other side and connects to the governor assembly. The round rod has a flat spot where a bolt screws in to it and that bolt is completely missing. Have no clue when or where it went.
