720D pony motor distributor wiring and parts schematic

I am looking for a picture, or schematic of a B-4027 Wico Distributor, as on my 1958 720 diesel (pony motor start) tractor. Does anyone have such a thing, that would show how to install the felt lubricators, condensers, points, and other parts? I cannot find such a thing on the internet. Thanks for any help.

Mine is square, has two sets of points, each firing two cylinders of the pony motor. I have the original John Deere Service Manual (12/57) which shows the Wico square distributor , and 720-730 parts catalog (1965) which does not. My '57 Service Manual does show an exploded view of the distributor, but gives no indication of where the parts go. Still looking. Thanks.

If i recall correctly, you need the service manual not the parts catalog. That should show you the complete tractor, i think its SM2020. If you order it from deere, you can get it on a cd, as a pdf. Thats how i do all mine, that way i can reprint any pages i want, anytime i want, and dont have to worry about screwing up a hard copy book.
