    Adds to new 4044R

Ok so I pulled the trigger on the new 4044R. I got darn near every hydraulic option except the hydraulic top link. I talked to Brian at fir rite and he’s 18-20 weeks out. Great problem to have! But I also saw that agri-supply has cat 1 cylinders for 120. I can make the lines. Any one use these?

Also on lights. I’ve been reading that the cab is pre wired for rear lights. That’s the easy part. Is there a switch I have to install as well or does it work off the existing switch?

It does require a switch on the right hand console, but you will have to find out if the switch already exists. A word of caution.... The rear lights do not work unless the front lights are turned on.

Ok thanks. I’ll order the Deere switch so I can make it look stock.

To the best of my knowledge, Deere uses two harnesses. One for the open station and one for the cab. Both are set up for every available option. For example, I wanted the horn installed on my tractor. All the dealer had to do was mount the horn and hook it up and install the switch and hook it up.

I ordered from surplus hydraulics and saved my order to share with my buddy with a 4052R. If you were like me and needed before you could get it from Fit Rite, this worked perfectly for me.

The 4066R comes standard with the deluxe cab which includes the rear work lights standard, it also includes the air ride seat. Other models require ordering the deluxe cab. If you want those two options on other models versus ordering them individually, it is worth the $700-$800 delta between the standard cab and deluxe cab to get the deluxe cab.
