John Deere 3033r possiblity of bent loader? help!

    Hi everyone.

I have a new 3033r cabbed and I love it, it has been working great plowing snow, fixing the drive, mowing the field etc.

I noticed the quick release loader latches were not installed properly from the dealer, by which I mean the latches were not locked into the little locking stubby that goes in the hole thats on the latch.

I readjusted them and locked them up no problem, no issues there.

I measured from the outside of each loader arm to the center line of the hood of the tractor, and there is about 1 inch of difference between the two sides.

Is that normal? the tractor only has 35hrs on it and I have had no hard impact plowing or moving gravel/dirt.

If someone could measure theirs to see if maybe its normal for them not to be identical that would be great!

A couple questions is the loader raised or on the ground when you check it. A couple guys on here have found that one rear tire was taller than the other so their loader did not set level on the ground. Iím just curious if when your sets level on the ground it twists enough that you see this difference. Just a thought.

Iíve never seen a hood that was straight. That might be part of the problem.

Both good points, The loader was resting on the ground with the plow on it, and the plow is slightly angled and there is actually a good chance that the ground is not perfectly level where it is resting!

I assume that could be a culperate? 1" is not much in difference I assume is it?
