That looks like a rear 3rd SCV. I have 4th and 5th, but do not have 3rd. As best I can help you, it should operate from the button on the 1st/2nd (loader) SCV lever on the right console. If you have them hooked up correctly, the bottom button should lower the attachment. Otherwise, you may have to reverse the connections. Connections should be OK for anything you might want to hook up that is germane to this tractor.

Do you have 3rd function on your loader? (for grapple or 4 way bucket) If so I believe you have a rocker switch on the right council to transfer the little button on your joy stick from front to back.

My Grapple bucket hooks to the rear SCV's so I do not have a switch. I do know that some R Series tractors come with them.

I can't find 70b in that manual from the link. Does it seem correct that when I push the button on the joystick.that I have to curl the loader for the rear hydraulic yo go down?

We have a similar setup on our 4052R except our 3 SCV is routed to the front for our grapple. The rocker switch you have is for continuous flow. If you engage it (green light on) the hydro pump will continuously move fluid through the valve. The light to the left of it is a temperature sensor for your hydro fluid. If you are using continuous flow, your hydro fluid will heat up much faster than during normal use. You won't need continuous flow for 99% of your uses. Ensure that switch is disengaged (green light off, push the top) and then your thumb control on the loader should control your rear remote.
