Exclamation HELP!! x758 Problem Connecting Deck

    Hi guys,

I just got an x758, I took off the snow thrower, and front bracket, and mid PTO connector. I put the dust caps on all the hydraulics.

I drove over the deck FLAT on the ground, I pushed the upper lever to try and drop the rear connection bar.....AND NOTHING HAPPENS

I have tried following the manual, Youtube videos, and NOTHING is working..

When I push the deck lift/drop upper hydraulic lever nothing is happening......what am I doing wrong?

Check your lockout valve and draft arm locks

Lock out valve is behind the hydraulic coupler block

Thanks a bunch man,.......despite this NOT being in the deck manual, and NOT being in ANY of the youtube videos, even from John Deere, this is exactly what it was.
In case anyone has the same issue, the valve needs to be turned counter clock wise and is beside the color coded hydraulic valve caps.....

I owe you a beer man!

It would not be in your tractor or mower manual because it comes with the snowblower kit. It should be in your blower's manual.

As noted above, in addition to the lockout valve you should also have a latch holding the draft bar in the upper position when the mower is not in use. That should be in the mower or tractor manual.
