    425 Rear PTO Installation Instructions

Hi everyone, I purchased a rear pto for my 425 and was wondering if anyone has the instructions on how to install it. I have instructions for my x728 but do not know how much different it would be. Thanks for any help and pointers.

    Adam

I have the instructions in PDF form but not sure how to get them to you. Don't see a way to get an email address. Perhaps send me a private message with your email address or let me know how to find your email address on here?

Got it! My dealer was actually able to print them off for me. Picked up a pto and got it installed, and it even worked in the end. Pretty cool!

Great! I let the one I bought for my 455 sit on the shelf for 4 years or so until I acquired a King Kutter 48" rotary mower and then I put it on. Worked great, just don't want too much throttle when the PTO is engaged for something with this much rotating mass that has to get up to speed. Just enough throttle to keep the engine from stalling seems to be about right.
