    RIO switch

My John Deere L120 won't cut in reverse when I push the RIO switch. I replaced the RIO switch and still get the same result. Any ideas on where to look next?

I'm sorry, but I don't know much about the Lawn and Garden tractors, but we have a lot of members that are great sources of that sort of information. They will be along soon, I am sure.

    I just wanted to say...

    RIO fix

Just thought I'd chime in. I just did a removable override on the RIO switch on my new X500. There are several YouTube videos on the RIO switch there. What I did is a bypass of the need to lift the switch to cut in reverse. I know one of my best friends did something similar on his L140 via a YouTube video.

Keep in mind that if you do this you are overriding a government mandated safety feature and it can be unsafe if you aren't fully aware of what's behind you.
