    Which bagger??

I have a 2014 X320 tractor with a 48" Edge Extra Deck. I have been told a few different things by different people.

Local JD dealer stated I would need BM21679 bagger, with BM29681 chute, and a BG20748 Powerflow.

Another JD dealer stated I would need BM21679 bagger, with BM21681 chute, and BM22696 Powerflow.

Both said I couldn't run just a straight chute to bagger without Powerflow. Is this true?

    Which system do I need

JDParts lists the BM22696 model as the correct PowerFlow blower for the X320.

The BG20748 model blower is for the X350 to X590 machines.

Thank you! Do I actually need the powerflow or can I get away with just a standard chute?

The "chute" is just the tube that connects the Powerflow head to the bags. Deere doesn't offer anything other than the Powerflow head for the X320. They don't list any sort of "dumb boot" for it like you get with the bagger for the E-100 series machines.

Yes you'll need the powerflow. You have 3 short blades on the 48" mower deck and they don't make enough wind to throw the grass through the chute to the bags.
