Some days you can't wait for the sun to mow. There's only a few openings in the league schedule for mowing and today was the day it had to be mowed or it had to wait another week.

Gotta say this machine handled the wet grass like a champ not a complaint to be had and not a clump to be seen. Gonna have to drop the deck and scrape underneath when this rain finally stops though.

Mowing wet grass seems to be more the norm here than not anymore. I too am thankful these Deere decks can handle the wet grass. The fields look good

Added a new 48" Frontier mower with chains and slip clutch options. Also a new Frontier rear 72" blade. Cut down and moved a few trees. I love this new 2025R. I should have done it years ago.

In the big picture , they are pretty close . Obviously it is not a master test gauge , but for it's use , it's pretty good .

    Deck finished

Cold rainy evening here on PEI, so i stayed in the heated garage and got my 60 inch deck back together for my 455. I couldn't get the gearbox pulley off so i didn't paint the center gearbox section. Now that its done i wish i had put more effort into painting that section. Maybe next time or next winter if i still have it. Kent
