    D130 won't start

My D130 with the 22 HP engine won't start. It's only been sitting for two days. Gas tank's full. I chocked it, and it started but wouldn't keep running. It did the same thing twice more but then wouldn't catch fire. Just continual spinning. Of course I eventually ran the battery down.

Since I thought it might be fuel I changed the fuel filter. No help. I checked the spark plug, everything looks normal. I'm wondering if the problem might be fuel supply related.

Any suggestions? I really don't want some stranger's hands all over my baby.

Thanks for any help you can give.

It's like you tried nothing & are all out of ideas. Lol
    Is the plug wet?
Try putting in the new plug in. then spray some carb cleaner or starting fluid down the intake after you remove the air filter. If it's fuel related she should fire right up.
Just remember you're dealing with flammable liquid

Make sure the gas line from the tank to the carb is not falling apart from the inside due to the schitty ethanol gas Uncle Sugar is making us use. Don't ask me how I know.
I have more ideas than ambition.

Try cleaning or replacing fuel shut-off solenoid.

I agree with this! My LA135 has the same engine, and the fuel shut off solenoid has a tendency to stick once in a while. When it does it may fire for a second or two, but won't run.

Could it be a blocked gas cap vent? Try loosening or removing the gas cap to see if it's a blocked vent.
